Application Monitoring
Pre-packaged monitoring solutions provide deep application monitoring for Microsoft IIS, Apache™ Web Server, Oracle®, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Microsoft Exchange Server, Citrix, DHCP, Active Directory, Dell OpenManage™, HP Systems Insight Manager, and IBM® Director.

Network Devices: SNMP Studio
With Longitude's SNMP Studio, it’s simple to add new monitoring capabilities for SNMP-enabled software or hardware without writing scripts. Simply import the appropriate SNMP MIB (Management Information Base) file and select the metrics of interest. Longitude then uses the monitoring data throughout the product.

Syslog Monitoring
Collect and consolidate Syslog event messages across the network for event displays and reports, or to trigger Longitude actions.

SNMP Trap Monitoring
Collect and consolidate SNMP traps across the network for event displays and reports, or to trigger Longitude actions.

Event Monitor with Application View The Event Monitor works with your organizational structure by presenting events based on the applications they affect. IT staff can focus on just the events that require their attention. Alert and Action Schedules Customize event notification and corrective action based on your organization's staffing and maintenance schedules.

Active Directory Authentication Option
In Windows environments, you have the option to authenticate users via Active Directory.

Data Export
Export performance and event data to use in any other graphing or reporting packages.

Data Centre Transactions
Longitude Professional Edition monitors up to 4 transactions per managed device, including the transactions available in Longitude Standard Edition, plus checks for File content, File existence SQL query, Unix script, Windows script, Windows share, and Named service.
